      1. Does that ‘it’s’ contract ‘it is’, referring to the title, or ‘it has’, referring to the husband?

        1. Good point: could be either, Shorty. I believe grammatically it’s called the dismissive singular: dommes use it a lot.

          Of course, it doesn’t really matter (where ‘it’ here can refer to this grammatical issue or to Janice’s husband).
